Combine gochugaru, minced garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, and black pepper in a small bowl and stir well to create the sauce.

Arrange the Spam, tofu, mushrooms, sausages, rice cakes, and onion in a large pot.

Add the prepared sauce and chicken broth to the pot.

Bring the stew to a boil.

Add the ramyeon noodles, top with a slice of cheese, and cook until the noodles are done.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
a pinch black pepper
4 slice spam, sliced
4 slice tofu, sliced
1 handful mushrooms
1 cup sausages, sliced
1 cup rice cakes
1/2 cup onion, sliced
2 cup chicken broth
1 pack ramyeon
1 slice cheese
1 stalk green onion, chopped
