Directions

  1. 1Combine skinless chicken thighs, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic paste, onion powder, sesame seeds, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the chicken is well coated.
  3. 3Marinate the chicken for at least 2 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
  4. 4Place the marinated chicken into an air fryer.
  5. 5Air fry at 390 H for 12-20 minutes, noting that air fryer times can vary.
  6. 6Remove the cooked Korean BBQ chicken from the air fryer and serve.
  7. 7Enjoy the chicken with lettuce and rice, and a side of Ssamjang sauce.
