Directions
1
Boil the Buldak ramen noodles for about 5 minutes.
2
In a bowl, add the Buldak sauce packet, Buldak powder packet, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and egg yolks, then stir well.
3
Add 1/2 cup of the noodle water to the bowl and stir until combined.
4
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the sauce.
5
To prepare the ramen eggs, boil eggs for exactly 6 1/2 minutes.
6
Plunge the boiled eggs into an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
7
Peel the eggs and add them to a jar.
8
In a separate bowl, add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, hot sauce, rice vinegar, and water, then stir to create the marinade.
9
Pour the marinade over the eggs in the jar and let them marinate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
10
Season the picanha strip steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
11
Grill the steaks over high heat to achieve a killer crust and desired doneness.
12
Slice the cooked steaks into strips.
