Pat dry the tofu to remove excess moisture.

Slice the tofu into about 4 to 5 slices.

Lay each piece of tofu flat between 2 chopsticks.

Cut across, using the chopsticks to keep you from cutting all the way.

Add the tofu to your air fryer, sprinkle with a bit of salt and spray it or brush with a little oil.

Air fry at 400° F for about 8-10 minutes, until the tofu turns golden.

While the tofu is cooking, cook the noodles and slice the avocado.

In a small bowl, add the green onions, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes.

Carefully heat the sesame oil in the stove in a small pan over medium flame and Pour the hot oil over the onion mixture.

Add coconut aminos, tamari and vinegar and stir.

To plate, add the avocado, noodles & tofu to a bowl, top with sauce and top with sesame seeds.

2 stalks green onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, grated
1 small knob ginger, grated
1 tablespoon red chili flakes
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 tablespoon tamari
0.5 cup sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

Tips

You can blanch some Broccoli when you are making the noodles.
