2Season the diced boneless skinless chicken thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, dried thyme, salt, paprika, black pepper, and jerk marinade.
3Add avocado oil to bind the chicken and seasonings together.
4Cook half of the seasoned chicken in a skillet, searing on one side before moving it about.
5Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet.
6Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the same skillet and sauté.
7Pour in one pint of heavy cream.
8Season the sauce with Adobo all-purpose seasoning, dried thyme, onion powder, smoked paprika, about a tablespoon or two of jerk marinade, and garlic powder.
9Whisk the sauce and bring it to a boil.
10Turn off the heat for the sauce.
11Add about 10 to 12 ounces of cooked penne pasta to the sauce.
12Add the cooked chicken and its juices to the pasta.
13Mix in some extra cheese.
14Garnish with fresh parsley.
