Directions

  1. 1Place rice into individual glass containers.
  2. 2Pour chicken stock over the rice.
  3. 3Add chopped chicken breast to each container.
  4. 4Season the chicken with pepper.
  5. 5Add plain greek yogurt on top of the chicken.
  6. 6Add pesto on top of the yogurt.
  7. 7Spread the pesto.
  8. 8Add cherry tomatoes to each container.
  9. 9Sprinkle cheese over the ingredients.
  10. 10Place the containers on a baking sheet.
  11. 11Bake the chicken pesto bakes in the oven.
  12. 12Remove the baked meals from the oven.
  13. 13Cover each container with a lid.
  14. 14Stack the meal prep containers.
