Directions
- 1Add a drizzle of oil to the pan.
- 2Separate each sausage.
- 3Chop the onion.
- 4Sauté the sausages until golden, then set aside on a plate.
- 5Sauté the onion in the same pan.
- 6Add the mushrooms and cook.
- 7Add a tablespoon of oil with garlic and parsley.
- 8Add a teaspoon of flour.
- 9Mix everything together.
- 10Add the sausages back to the pan.
- 11Pour in half a glass of white wine.
- 12Let it cook in the pan for 15 minutes.
