Directions

  1. 1Add a drizzle of oil to the pan.
  2. 2Separate each sausage.
  3. 3Chop the onion.
  4. 4Sauté the sausages until golden, then set aside on a plate.
  5. 5Sauté the onion in the same pan.
  6. 6Add the mushrooms and cook.
  7. 7Add a tablespoon of oil with garlic and parsley.
  8. 8Add a teaspoon of flour.
  9. 9Mix everything together.
  10. 10Add the sausages back to the pan.
  11. 11Pour in half a glass of white wine.
  12. 12Let it cook in the pan for 15 minutes.
