Directions
- 1Boil potatoes until soft.
- 2Add fine burghul to a bowl.
- 3Soak in water.
- 4Peel and cut the onions.
- 5Place the onions, sweet basil and salt in a mortar.
- 6Smash the ingredients together.
- 7Drain the soaked burghul, and squeeze the extra water out.
- 8Peel the boiled potatoes.
- 9Mash the potatoes.
- 10Add smashed onion and basil.
- 11Add the soaked burghul.
- 12Mix all together.
- 13Add olive oil.

- 2 small onions
- 1 cup sweet basil
- 1 tsp salt
