Directions

  1. 1Cut orange, lemon, and garlic.
  2. 2Cut an orange, without skin or seeds, into slices to place inside the duck.
  3. 3Cut the lemon to obtain the juice.
  4. 4Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
  5. 5Dry the duck well and make some small incisions in the skin to help it stay crispy and well cooked.
  6. 6Place rosemary inside the duck.
  7. 7Put orange slices inside the duck.
  8. 8Squeeze lemon juice over the duck.
  9. 9Squeeze the juice of an orange over the duck.
  10. 10Season with salt and pepper.
  11. 11Place the pan inside the oven and cook at low temperature, 2 hours at 176° C.
  12. 12While it cooks, prepare a glaze mixing finely chopped garlic, orange juice, honey and soy sauce.
  13. 13Every 20 minutes brush the glaze around the duck.
  14. 14When the cooking time is up, take the duck out of the oven.
