Nonna's Apple Cake
Directions
- 1Melt butter in a copper pot.
- 2Whisk eggs and sugar together.
- 3Add milk and melted butter to the mixture and whisk.
- 4Add flour and baking powder and mix.
- 5Cut apples into small pieces and add them to the batter.
- 6Mix well using a spatula.
- 7Grease and flour a baking pan.
- 8Pour the batter into the pan.
- 9Arrange apple slices on top of the batter in a decorative pattern.
- 10Sprinkle sugar on top.
- 11Bake the cake in the oven.
