In a large bowl, combine 12 pounds of ground beef and 6 pounds of pork sausage.
Chop 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 1 yellow onion, and 1 bunch of fresh parsley.
Add 4 handfuls of chopped garlic to the chopped vegetables.
Puree the chopped vegetables and garlic in a food processor until almost liquefied.
Add the pureed vegetables to the meat mixture.
Add 10 eggs to the meat mixture.
In a food processor, combine 1 loaf of bread, 2 tablespoons of beef base, and 1 cup of milk.
Puree the bread mixture until smooth.
Add the bread mixture, 2 handfuls of Parmesan cheese, 2 handfuls of salt, 1 handful of black pepper, and 1 handful of Italian seasoning to the meat mixture.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Roll the meat mixture into 24 meatballs, approximately the size of a baseball.
Bake the meatballs at 360 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
In a large pot, heat 1 cup of olive oil over medium heat.
Add 1 chopped yellow onion to the pot and cook until softened.
Add 1 container of San Marzano style whole tomato, stir, and simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
Use an immersion blender to puree the sauce.
Season the sauce with a couple of handfuls of salt.
Add 1 bunch of fresh basil and stir.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
