Directions

  1. 1Brown a pound of breakfast sausage in a skillet. Once the meat is browned, add in some cream cheese and keep mixing until it is all combined.
  2. 2Set the sausage mixture aside and, in another skillet, scramble four eggs until they’re set.
  3. 3Into a mixing bowl, add your eggs, a handful of sharp cheddar, a handful of mozzarella, and your sausage mixture. Stir until it’s all combined and set it aside.
  4. 4Open two cans of Pillsbury Grands biscuits and lay them down on a cutting board. Roll them flat with a glass.
  5. 5Add on a scoop of your sausage, egg, and cheese mixture and seal the dough shut. Bring all the corners into the middle, pinch them shut, and roll it in your hands to make a perfect ball.
  6. 6Spray down a 9x13 baking pan with a little oil and lay down your balls in it.
  7. 7Bake it at 350 degrees until they’re golden on top. It took about 17 minutes.
  8. 8Melt down some butter, add some minced parsley and some garlic powder, stir it together, and baste that over the top of your warm biscuits.
