Directions

  1. 1Boil eggs for 7 minutes.
  2. 2Prep aromatics (onion, garlic, green onion, chili) and add them to a mason jar.
  3. 3Add soy sauce, water, honey, and sesame seeds to the mason jar.
  4. 4Mix well.
  5. 5Add the boiled eggs to the jar.
  6. 6Let it sit for as long as possible.
  7. 7Serve over rice.

  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup onion
  • 1 green onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 chili
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
