Directions
- 1Add matcha, flour, egg yolk, egg white, and icing sugar to a container.
- 2Blend the mixture with a hand mixer.
- 3Strain the mixture.
- 4Pour the mixture into a cream dispenser.
- 5Fill paper cups with the matcha mixture from the cream dispenser.
- 6Microwave the cups for 1 minute.
- 7Remove the sponge from the cups.
