Honey Chipotle Beef Burrito Meal Prep

Directions

  1. 1Start by chopping your bell peppers and onion.
  2. 2Drop them into a hot skillet, and allow them to dance around to get nice and sauteed.
  3. 3Mince garlic in, and dance around a bit more.
  4. 4Scoop your veggies to the side and add in 1 pound of your lean ground beef.
  5. 5Add the listed dry seasonings.
  6. 6Once the beef is about 80% done, finish it with tomato paste, a bit of chipotle, fresh squeeze of lime juice, and a good amount of honey.
  7. 7Take low cal tortilla wraps and add the beef mixture on with optional cheese on top.
  8. 8Fold the tortillas into a burrito.
  9. 9Place the burritos onto a medium-high heat pan.
  10. 10To make the delicious high protein chipotle sauce, add the listed ingredients into a bowl.
  11. 11Mix the sauce until it's nice and smooth.
  12. 12Once your burritos are nice and golden brown, you're ready to enjoy.

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • pepper
  • 6 Ole Extreme Wellness wraps
  • 1 cup reduced fat Mexican cheese chopped
  • chopped cilantro divided
  • 0.75 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chipotle peppers in adobo
  • water to thin
