Add a pound of ground beef to a hot oiled pan, break it up, brown it, and drain it.

Add a packet of your favorite taco seasoning to the ground beef and cook per instructions.

Once the taco meat is done, set it aside.

Grab a 9x13 baking dish.

Add two packets of taco rice, one cup of chicken broth, and one jar of salsa to the baking dish.

Fill the empty salsa jar with water and pour it into the baking dish.

Give the mixture a quick stir.

Bring the taco meat back and sprinkle it on top of the mixture in the baking dish.

Cover the mixture with a bag of Mexican cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

Throw it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.

When it comes out of the oven, carefully remove the foil.

Get a tub of store-bought queso, heat it per the instructions in the microwave.

Pour the heated queso right on top of the bake.

Throw it back in the oven for about five more minutes.

When it comes out this time, it's done.

If you have cilantro, sprinkle it on top to make it look fancy.

1 bag Mexican cheese
1 tub store-bought queso

Tips
Grate your own cheese if desired, but store-bought is fine.
