Start by making the marinade.

Grab some plain yogurt and add turmeric, pepper, dhaniya or coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder, and some paprika.

Then add cumin powder, garam masala, and ginger and garlic paste.

Add kasuri methi or fenugreek leaves.

Add some fresh lemon juice and oil.

Give all of that a good mix so there are no lumps.

Take raw chicken and slice it up a little bit so that the spices can get inside.

Completely coat the chicken with the marinade.

Add salt to the chicken and marinade.

Space everything out on a tray.

Pop it into your air fryer.

Set the air fryer to 385° Fahrenheit.

Cook for 20 to 22 minutes.

At the halfway point, flip everything over so that it cooks evenly.

You can use any type of meat or even paneer instead of chicken.
Make sure to slice the chicken so spices can get inside.
Remember to flip the chicken halfway through for even cooking.
