Blueberry Scones
Directions
- 1Work butter into flour
- 2Add lemon zest and blueberries
- 3Pour in cream and egg
- 4Mix until almost combined
- 5Pat the dough together
- 6Press the dough, cut it, fold it, and stack it three times
- 7Cut the dough into wedges
- 8Brush scones with heavy cream
- 9Sprinkle with sugar
- 10Bake in oven
