Directions

  1. 1Mix the sauces from the Buldak Carbonara ramen package in a bowl.
  2. 2Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, minced garlic and an egg yolk.
  3. 3Whisk the mixture until well combined.
  4. 4Add half a cup of the water in which the noodles were cooked.
  5. 5Add the cooked noodles and mix until they are well coated with the sauce.

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 unit egg yolk
  • 0.5 cup water from cooking noodles
