Directions

  1. 1Season and sauté chicken.
  2. 2Set aside the chicken.
  3. 3Melt 1 tablespoon of butter with 1/2 teaspoon garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, chicken bouillon, and Cajun seasoning.
  4. 4Add 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 cup of half and half.
  5. 5Add 2 cups of instant rice.
  6. 6Stir once, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium-low.
  7. 7Add your chicken back to the pan.
  8. 8Drizzle with queso or Cajun Alfredo sauce.

  • Italian seasoning
  • chicken bouillon
  • Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 2 cups instant rice
