Directions
- 1Season and sauté chicken.
- 2Set aside the chicken.
- 3Melt 1 tablespoon of butter with 1/2 teaspoon garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, chicken bouillon, and Cajun seasoning.
- 4Add 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 cup of half and half.
- 5Add 2 cups of instant rice.
- 6Stir once, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium-low.
- 7Add your chicken back to the pan.
- 8Drizzle with queso or Cajun Alfredo sauce.
