Directions

  1. 1Add a few soft dates to cottage cheese.

  3. 3Add vanilla extract.
  4. 4Add a pinch of sea salt.
  5. 5Blend well until smooth.
  6. 6Freeze it for a few hours.

  • 5 few soft dates
  • cottage cheese
  • a little honey
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Tips

  • Freeze at least 3-4 hours (overnight = creamiest)
  • Let it sit 5 min before scooping
  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for richness
  • No dates? Use 1 ripe banana instead
  • Add cinnamon for blood sugar support
  • Top with dark chocolate chips for antioxidants
