Directions
- 1Cook pasta in boiling water with salt for 7 minutes.
- 2Save 1/3 cup of pasta water.
- 3Drain the pasta and set aside.
- 4In a bowl, add cubed chicken breast.
- 5Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the chicken.
- 6Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- 7Mix the chicken well.
- 8Add the seasoned chicken to a hot pan.
- 9Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes.
- 10Remove the cooked chicken from the pan.
- 11Add a bit of olive oil to the pan.
- 12Add 1/2 finely chopped onion to the pan.
- 13Add 5 cloves of minced garlic to the pan.
- 14Add chili flakes to the pan.
- 15Toast the ingredients in the pan for a few minutes.
- 16Add 1/4 cup of tomato paste to the pan.
- 17Add 2 tbsp of light cream cheese to the pan.
- 18Add a drizzle of honey to the pan.
- 19Add 1/3 cup of pasta water to the pan.
- 20Mix the sauce until creamy.
- 21Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the pan with the sauce.
- 22Mix everything well.
- 23Optionally, add spinach and mix until wilted.
