Directions

  1. 1Add cottage cheese, roasted red peppers, some chilli, garlic, a full tin of chopped tomatoes, and some fresh basil into a blender.
  2. 2Blend until nice and smooth.
  3. 3Heat the mixture in a saucepan on a low heat whilst continuously stirring it.
  4. 4Serve in a bowl.
