Add frozen Italian meatballs to the crockpot.

Pour in 4 cups of chicken stock.

Add a can of cream of chicken soup.

Add a whole jar of roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Add a little bit more Italian seasoning.

Add a good bit of minced onion.

Add some crushed red pepper.

Add garlic powder.

Stir everything in the crockpot.

Cover the crockpot and cook on high for about 3 hours to warm the meatballs through.

Add 2 pounds of gnocchi to the crockpot.

Pour in about half a pint of heavy whipping cream.

Add baby spinach.

Cover the crockpot and cook on high for another 15-20 minutes, enough to wilt the spinach and heat the gnocchi all the way through.

Grate some Parmesan cheese on top before serving.

Serve and enjoy with garlic toast.

2 pounds gnocchi
0.5 pint heavy whipping cream
baby spinach
Parmesan cheese

Tips
If you're going to work, just put it on low heat and it won't hurt anything to wait until you get back.
