Add diced chicken breast to the slow cooker.

Pour in a can of San Marzano tomatoes.

Add chopped sundried tomatoes.

Add salt, oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes, and black pepper.

Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 3-4 hours.

Once cooked, remove any parmesan rind if used.

Shred the cooked chicken using forks.
