Directions

  1. 1Boil Nicola potatoes with baking soda.
  2. 2Season and mash the boiled potatoes with a little olive oil.
  3. 3Flatten the mashed potatoes in a freezer bag.
  4. 4Freeze the flattened potatoes.
  5. 5Cut the frozen potato mixture into fries.
  6. 6Air fry the fries until crispy.
  7. 7Season with salt.

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Olive Oil Spray
