Directions

  1. 1Boil eggs for 6 minutes.
  2. 2Mix onion, Cheongyang pepper, green onion, soy sauce, sugar, and water in a pot.
  3. 3Peel the eggs.
  4. 4Place peeled eggs in a container.
  5. 5Pour sauce over eggs and marinate for a day.
  6. 6Serve marinated eggs over rice and garnish with green onion.

  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 Cheongyang pepper
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 100 g soy sauce
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g water
