Murtabak Maggie (Ramen Omelette)
Directions
- 1Cook Carbonara Buldak noodles according to package directions.
- 2In a pan, fry the spicy spiral sausage.
- 3In a bowl, beat two eggs.
- 4Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the sausage.
- 5Pour the beaten eggs over the noodles and sausage.
- 6Add cheese, green onions, sesame seeds, and hot sauce on top.
- 7Cook until the egg is set, then fold the Murtabak Maggie over.
- 8Serve with mayonnaise.
