Directions

  1. 1Fry an egg in a wok.
  2. 2Add sliced shallots and scallions to the wok.
  3. 3Add another egg to the wok.
  4. 4Scramble the eggs with the shallots and scallions.
  5. 5Add cold rice to the wok.
  6. 6Add chili powder.
  7. 7Add garlic powder.
  8. 8Add pepper powder.
  9. 9Mix well.
  10. 10Add salt.
  11. 11Stir fry well.
  12. 12Serve the fried rice on a plate with a fried egg and cucumbers.

  • 500 gram nasi dingin (nasi sisa semalam)
  • 2 butir telur
  • 1 batang daun bawang
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 2 sdt DESAKU CABE BUBUK
  • 2 sdt DESAKU BAWANG PUTIH BUBUK
  • 0.5 sdt LADAKU MERICA BUBUK
  • secukupnya Garam
