Spaghetti and Meatballs

Directions

  1. 1Dice bread into cubes, add water, mix it and set it aside.
  2. 2In a bowl, add ground beef, Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Dan-O's Italian seasoning and Dan-O's spicy seasoning.
  3. 3Mix well the bread and water and then add it to the bowl with the meat.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients in the bowl very well and set it aside.
  5. 5Cut the mozzarella cheese into four pieces.
  6. 6Grab a handful of meat and wrap it around a piece of cheese.
  7. 7Heat up the pan with olive oil and put the meatball squares in it.
  8. 8Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for two to three minutes, then flip it and cover again.
  9. 9Meanwhile, dice the onion.
  10. 10Put the diced onion in the same pan and add two cloves of minced garlic, stir it and add one can of crushed tomatoes.
  11. 11Add two bay leaves, more Dan-O's Italian seasoning, and stir well. If the sauce is too chunky, blend it.
  12. 12Add a little bit of sugar, close the lid and blend again.
  13. 13Put the blended sauce back into the pan.
  14. 14Add some kosher salt, black pepper, Dan-O's spicy and Dan-O's original seasoning. Mix well.
  15. 15Take the meatball squares from the pan and put them in a baking tray. Put them in the oven at 225°F.
  16. 16Put the meatball squares in the sauce.
  17. 17Cover the pan and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  18. 18Boil the water and add salt and butter.
  19. 19Add spaghetti to the boiling water and stir it.
  20. 20Serve the spaghetti with the meatball squares and sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
