Place a handful of garlic cloves in an oven-safe pan.

Submerge the garlic cloves with a generous amount of olive oil in the pan.

Toss the pan with garlic and olive oil into the oven set at 375°F (190°C).

Add softened butter into a food processor.

Add a handful of parsley or cilantro to the food processor with the butter.

Pour the cooled-down roasted garlic and oil into the food processor.

Close the food processor and give the mixture a quick blitz.

Add red chili flakes to the butter mixture for a kick.

Quickly salt and pepper the mixture to taste.

Make a clean slice down the middle of a loaf of French bread.

Spread the compound butter generously onto each half of the French bread.

Grate some Italian snow (Parmesan cheese) over the buttered bread.

Add a light layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the Parmesan.

Place the bread back into the oven at 350°F (175°C).

Add some cayenne pepper to oil in a pan (optional).

Once the aromas develop, kill the heat and add the whole thing of honey to the pan.

Add a light touch of lemon to the hot honey mixture.

Tips
Make sure the roasted garlic and oil cool down a little before adding to the food processor.
Be careful if your oil is too hot, it will melt down the butter too much.
Do not have the oven too hot for baking the garlic bread, as you want to cook in the butter and melt the cheese slowly.
