5 Minutes Vanilla Cake
Directions
- 1Add 3 eggs to a bowl.
- 2Add 1 cup of sugar to the eggs.
- 3Whisk the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- 4Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil into the mixture.
- 5Add 1 cup of milk to the bowl.
- 6Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 7Whisk all the wet ingredients together.
- 8Add 2 cups of flour to the wet mixture.
- 9Add 1 tsp of baking powder.
- 10Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- 11Whisk all ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
- 12Pour the batter into a greased and lined pan.
- 13Bake at 320°F for 40-45 minutes.
- 14Place the pan in the preheated oven.
- 15Check if the cake is done by inserting a skewer, it should come out clean.
- 16Remove the baked cake from the oven.
- 17Remove the cake from the pan by unlatching the springform and peeling off the parchment paper.
- 18Slice the top part of the cake.
- 19Place a candle in the cake.
- 20Light the candle to serve the emergency cake.
