Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Steak & Veggies

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. 2Lightly grease a large sheet pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. 3Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes until just slightly tender, then drain well.
  4. 4Place the potatoes, broccoli, onion, and tomatoes on the sheet pan.
  5. 5Drizzle with olive oil and season with half the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  6. 6Toss gently.
  7. 7Push the vegetables to the sides and place the steak in the center of the pan.
  8. 8Season the steak with the remaining salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  9. 9In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary if using, and lemon juice if using.
  10. 10Spoon half over the steak and vegetables.
  11. 11Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the steak is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
  12. 12Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
  13. 13Drizzle with the remaining garlic butter mixture before serving.

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
