Directions

  1. 1Blend with a stick blender, keeping it at the bottom until it thickens, then slowly lift.
  2. 2Add 1-2 tsp sriracha.
  3. 3Stir through (don’t blend) sriracha mayo.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lime (or lemon) juice
  • 150 ml light olive oil, avocado oil or neutral oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • Blend with a stick blender, keeping it at the bottom until it thickens, then slowly lift.
