Directions
- 1Zest the lime using a microplane and a rolling motion, turning the lime as you go.
- 2Roll the lime back and forth on a cutting board with pressure to extract the most juice.
- 3Add half of the lime juice to a glass.
- 4Add two and a half tablespoons of your favorite sweetener (sugar is used as an example).
- 5Add 10 ounces of water.

Tips
- When zesting a lime, hold the microplane and use a rolling motion to avoid the bitter pith.
