Creamy Red Pesto Oven Baked Chicken
Directions
- 1Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, surrounded by cherry tomatoes.
- 2Season the chicken with paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 3Pour cream over the chicken and tomatoes.
- 4Spread red pesto over the chicken.
- 5Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken and tomatoes.
- 6Bake the chicken until cooked through.
- 7Serve the chicken over rice, with broccoli and asparagus on the side.
