Directions
- 1Add hot water to a bowl.
- 2Add salt.
- 3Add sugar.
- 4Add aromatic herbs.
- 5Add lemon slices.
- 6Mix well until salt and sugar are dissolved.
- 7Pour the mixture into a pot with cold water.
- 8Mix well.
Ingredients
- 2 cups hot water
- 0.5 cup salt
- 0.5 cup sugar
- some aromatic herbs such as thyme, rosemary, dried garlic, ground cardamom, and bay leaves
- lemon slices
- 2 liters cold water
Tips
- Make sure the water is completely cold before adding meat.
