Brown and drain 3 pounds of ground beef in a 12-quart pot.
Add 1 pound of Jimmy Dean Hot breakfast sausage and do not drain it.
Add 6 ounces of tomato paste while the sausage is cooking, working it in and letting it cook with the sausage.
Once the sausage is fully cooked, add one large chopped onion, three chopped fresh jalapenos, nine cloves of chopped garlic, and 4 ounces of hatch green chili.
Add 2 tablespoons of flavor time Southern seasoning and 3 ounces of Williams original chili seasoning.
Stir everything together and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start softening up (about 5 minutes).
Add 44 ounces of diced tomatoes and 44 ounces of tomato sauce.
Stir everything together, place the lid on, and simmer on low for a minimum of 1 hour (or an hour and a half).
Add three cans of Bush's Chili Magic campfire style.
Stir these in, put the lid back on, and let simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Add a splash of zippy sauce to enhance the flavor.
