Directions

  1. 1准备三个土豆，削皮切片
  2. 2将土豆片放入碗中，放入锅中大火蒸20分钟
  3. 3将蒸好的土豆取出，放入一个大碗中，加两勺白糖
  4. 4用棒子压成土豆泥
  5. 5加入三勺糯米粉
  6. 6用手揉成团
  7. 7取一块土豆泥，搓圆按扁
  8. 8包入适量的芝士碎
  9. 9在平底锅上刷油
  10. 10放入土豆丸子轻轻压扁，按成饼状
  11. 11开小火，不停的翻动小饼使底部受热均匀
  12. 12煎两分钟左右给它翻一面
  13. 13煎至两面金黄就可以出锅了

  • 2 勺 白糖
  • 3 勺 糯米粉
  • 6 芝士碎
