Directions

  1. 1将200克糯米粉倒入碗中。
  2. 2加入10克白糖。
  3. 3倒入230克冷水。
  4. 4搅拌均匀，直到呈酸奶状。
  5. 5在早餐四孔锅中喷油。
  6. 6倒入米糊至半格。
  7. 7放入豆沙馅。
  8. 8再次倒入米糊，覆盖豆沙馅。
  9. 9全程使用小火慢慢煎，一面定型后翻面继续煎，直到两面金黄，熟透出锅。
  10. 10将煎好的糯米饼切开。
