Creamy Chilli Oil Noodles

Directions

  1. 1Blend paneer, peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, salt, and hot water until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. 2In a heatproof bowl, add ginger, garlic, spring onion whites, chili flakes/crisp, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt.
  3. 3Pour hot oil over it and mix well.
  4. 4Add the chili oil into the blended paneer sauce and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5Pour the sauce over the shirataki noodles, toss well, garnish with spring onion greens, and serve immediately.

  • 100 g Low-fat high-protein paneer
  • cottage cheese
  • 120 g silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 -6 tbsp Hot water
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped spring onion whites
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes or chili crisp without the oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Neutral oil, hot
  • 200 g Shirataki noodles, washed & drained
  • Spring onion greens, for garnish
