In the same skillet used to cook the potstickers add the sesame oil and garlic.

When the garlic sizzles add the carrots and cabbage.

Toss for a few minutes and add the spinach.

Meanwhile whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin, vinegar, sugar and pepper.

When the spinach wilts pour the sauce over top and cook a few minutes.

Stir in the noodles and top with potstickers.

Serve topped with scallions, sesame seeds and chili oil.
Ingredients
1 lb potstickers cooked according to package directions
8 oz noodles cooked drained and drizzled with sesame oil (we used 2 packs of ramen)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 c shredded carrots
1 c shredded cabbage
2 cups spinach
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Sliced scallions
Sesame seeds
Chili oil
