Strawberry Matcha Clusters
Directions
- 1Cut up strawberries and weigh them to ensure the exact amount is used.
- 2In a bowl, mix yogurt, maple syrup and the cut strawberries.
- 3Pour the mix on a tray and let it freeze for a few hours.
- 4Cut up the white chocolate.
- 5Melt the white chocolate and matcha separately.
- 6Dip the frozen strawberry mix in the melted matcha and white chocolate.
- 7Cut the clusters and serve.
