Directions
- 1Season the lamb chops with all purpose seasoning, blend seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- 2Sear the lamb chops on both sides in a hot skillet.
- 3Set the lamb chops aside.
- 4Shred fresh parmesan and fresh mozzarella, add ranch, and mix.
- 5Add panko bread crumbs, grated parmesan, and blend seasoning to a bowl and mix.
- 6Top the lamb chops with the cheese mixture and bread crumbs.
- 7Broil in the oven.
- 8Cut and sauté asparagus.
- 9Serve the lamb chops with asparagus and mashed potatoes.
