Directions

  1. 1Grab a glass bowl, add orzo, red onion, chicken, salt, pepper, pesto, natural yoghurt, chopped spinach, chicken stock, mix it up.
  2. 2Throw it in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.

  • 1 cup orzo
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
