Directions
- 1Pour dry orzo into a baking dish.
- 2Place the block of Boursin cheese in the center of the baking dish.
- 3Add cherry tomatoes around the cheese.
- 4Add sliced chicken sausage.
- 5Add fresh spinach on top.
- 6Add minced garlic and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 7Pour in chicken broth.
- 8Bake uncovered at 375°F.
- 9Remove from oven, stir everything together.
- 10Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

- 1 bag spinach
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 drizzle olive oil
