Directions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, almond flour, and maple syrup.
  2. 2Stir until smooth and dough-like.
  3. 3Press out the “dough” to your desired thickness onto parchment paper.
  4. 4Then place it in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to firm up.
  5. 5In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring constantly until smooth.
  6. 6Remove “dough” from the freezer. Using a tree cookie cutter cut out trees.
  7. 7Dip each peanut butter tree into the melted chocolate using a fork or spoon.
  8. 8Let any excess drip off, then place them on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
  9. 9Transfer the chocolate-coated trees to the freezer and let them chill until fully set (about 15–20 minutes).
