Mushroom Potato Cakes

Directions

  1. 1Mash the potatoes.
  2. 2Add finely chopped and sautéed button mushroom.
  3. 3Add oregano leaves.
  4. 4Add an egg.
  5. 5Add thyme.
  6. 6Add onion powder.
  7. 7Add flour.
  8. 8Add grated cheese.
  9. 9Mix all the ingredients well.
  10. 10Pour the mixture into a piping bag.
  11. 11Pipe the mixture onto a pre-heated frying pan.
  12. 12Cook until both sides are golden brown.

  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 15 gr grated cheese
