Directions
- 1In a bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of grated Parmesan, black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and a packet of ranch seasoning mix.
- 2Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- 3Set the mixture aside.
- 4Take three chicken breasts and make three slices into each one, but without cutting all the way through.
- 5Place the sliced chicken breasts at the bottom of a casserole dish.
- 6Add the mixture over the top of the chicken breasts and spread it evenly.
- 7Bake in a 375-degree oven for 45 minutes.
