Directions

  1. 1Add 3 eggs, salt, pepper, and approximately a quarter cup of mayonnaise (do two of those) to a bowl.
  2. 2Whisk the mixture until it gets nice, smooth, and creamy.
  3. 3Cook in the microwave for 40 seconds to a minute.
